Timbers senior living center builds new facility to serve area needs

Recognizing the growing needs of independent senior living, the Guthrie family created The Timbers.

This outstanding facility is conveniently located adjacent to their existing care center, Summit Villas. The Guthries' partnered with Samco team members Debbie Bond and designer Christy Hughes for interior finishes, flooring selections, and furnishings to compliment their vision of this first class facility.

Wallstreet Group moves to larger facility

With the expanded growth of insurance and investments, local company Wallstreet Group recently moved to their new facility.

Due to our long term relationship, Samco was consulted to assist with space planning, furnishing coordination with existing and future needs, as well as the move itself! According to Ron Arnold, operations manager, “Samco’s installation team was phenomenal to work with in accommodating our schedule. The complete team was very patient and provided excellent insight helping us work through our transition!”

Capital Region Medical Center builds substantial medical clinic expansion to support the local community!

Capital Region Medical Center (CRMC) has added a 4 floor medical clinic expansion to the Jefferson City hospital.

We appreciate the tremendous staff support for this project, and your commitment to use a local vendor. They have created environments which will serve patients with better patient care, and were able to accomplish this using internal staff!

JCMG has recently updated its main facility guest waiting areas! When JCMG needed a flexible long term solution for guest seating, Samco turned to Ideon Aviera. The product provides a wide variety of seat widths, optimal cleanability, and field replaceable components. Ideon Composium softseating was blended in the areas, providing defined seating spaces within different guest areas.

First United Methodist Church has a new way to greet their guests. The new custom designed welcome center allows them to provide information and watch videos of upcoming events. It also incorporates a secure acceptance of monetary and canned good donations without the need of staff assistance!

Unilever has enhanced their first impressions with a new, customer designed reception station.

GFI Digital has moved into new facility on Edgewood Drive. Along with an expanded support center, the new reception area is very accommodating to their showroom equipment showroom.

Missouri Chamber created a unit to blend with an array of other manufacturers finishes, creating a cohesive flow throughout.

All reception designs mentioned are created in a variety of finishes with modularity to allow for relocation and reconfiguration.

A new level of healthcare arrives in Jefferson City!

DSC_0016The new landmark in town is SSM Healthcare- St Mary’s Health Center. Samco is proud to have been selected as the primary furnishings vendor for the largest project in Jefferson City’s history!

Our long term partnership allowed us the opportunity to provide seating, tables, and work areas throughout the complex. These products can be found in the lobbies, waiting rooms, cafeteria, chapel, labs, emergency rooms, office spaces, patient rooms, nurses stations, outdoor furnishings, training, and even the boardroom! Working closely with SSM facility management team and The Lawrence Group design firm, Samco was able to combine the capability of the big city vendors with their award winning local support!

Pathways Relocates into Expanded Facility

photo 4 copy Pathways Behavioral Care has a new home on Metro Drive for the Jefferson City area. Headquartered in Clinton, Pathways has 14 locations across Missouri. The new facility was a complete renovation that provides clinical care and counseling with over 38 staff members.

Samco created an effective solution to provide maximum efficiency in their quickly growing programs. The furnishings included counseling areas, training rooms, collaborative settings, and phone support stations.

Hawthorn Bank moves into new facility in Old Munichberg!
